Most of those "pros" just had a lot of SP and took advantage of a ludicrously OP fits. It wasn't even really about how talented you are. I've played with a lot of the "pros" on other games like Destiny, BF or CS:GO and they just plain suck. It was easy before because of the SP gaps of players, and you could just bulldoze through a squad with the most OP weapons in the game. Those same "pros" that still play all got caught up to by a lot of the old hardcore community they used to wreck. I know from personal experience. Btw, PSN: TerrifiedPotato if anyone wants to play some BF4 or GTA V, lemme know ^ This. I watched that video ydubbs posted in another thread, talking about the "greatest vets" on both sides. Watched the entire video....guys were good AT BEST, certainly not the greatest ever. OP fits galore, no strategy, no logistics, no teamwork, total **** show. Fiddle, you were running around in a min logi with MD and got pwnt terribly. Vets lost the sp advantage, subsequently plateaued, and left due to their lack of OP in reality (some got burnt out, and other reasons, I understand). Get over it, either you're good now or you never were. We're still here, ready for the challenge....certainly not to say in any way "well, we're the best because no one else is here anymore," honestly I wish those guys were still here so we could test this theory. They were good in their respective times. Simply a judgement call based on what I've seen for 18 months. Kalante, Arirana, Espeon, etc. still running around pulling 5.0's daily - no one can argue those guys don't have talent, STILL. TO. THIS. DAY. Go into a pub blunt, many that you thought were scrubs long ago have caught up to you. You have no idea how bad the mass driver was at that point in the game's lifespan :/. I did get rocked K/D wise, but considering that's what I needed to do to try to help win the game, I don't think you really know what you are talking about. If I had to die 15 times to finally get a good spawn point in the city, I would do that every time. You weren't there. They were great shooters. Markof was probably their least talented guy there, and he was decent at worst. OP fits? Has anything changed even slightly in that regard? FOTM 514. No strategy? IMPs were notorious for having no strategy. My team was cobbled together by Quickgloves... No Logistics? I may have been a terrible shot, but I was a fantastic logi at that point. I didn't belong in that match, but there was a reason why I was there. No teamwork? You should have seen Cubs AO/CJ doing work on the outside points in those games. Admittedly, IMPs kinda sucked at large team battles, but if they could ever make it into a series of 3v3s or 2v2s, they would usually kick ass. Ill agree that Kalante and Espeon are both quite talented. You at least know something.
The MD has always been good. Maybe it was just you who didn't realise how bad you was back then?.
K den.
Do not try and bend the K den. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.

Incorrect. They nerfed the splash radius and damage of the mass driver significantly with Uprising 1.0. There were maybe 5 guys in all of PC that used it. Only thing less used was the laser rifle. And maybe the scrambler rifle, because it didn't exist yet.
Ah you mean because one guy with an md couldn't clear out 8 people in 3 shots so everyone ran to the next best thing?.
So you couldn't just yolo Rambo anymore with it, it was significantly nerfed?.

I'm not 'new' to the 'War Room', I've been floating around here for about a month now and I always make my way back to the locker room.
They all float down here, all of them.
And when you're down here with me, you'll float too.
